At Presentaigifts, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted candles. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase.
Return Eligibility
You may return products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund if:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- The original packaging is intact
- You have proof of purchase
- The candle has not been burned or lit
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Candles that have been burned or used
- Products with damaged or missing packaging
- Limited edition or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@presentaigifts.cv or call +1 (347) 521-0294 to request a return authorization number (RMA)
- Wait for our team to review and approve your return request (usually within 24-48 hours)
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase and your RMA number
- Ship the package to: Presentaigifts Returns, 1358 Madison Ave, Apt 4B, New York, NY 10028, USA
- Keep your tracking number for your records
Important: Returns without a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
- Send you an email confirmation of receipt
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Credit the original payment method used for the purchase
Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same product in a different scent or size, subject to availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange before returning your product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@presentaigifts.cv with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@presentaigifts.cv or call +1 (347) 521-0294.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our return eligibility criteria. However, special order or custom items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Gift Returns
If you received a product as a gift, you may return it for store credit or exchange. We cannot issue refunds for gift purchases to anyone other than the original purchaser. Please provide gift receipt or order information when initiating a return.
Partial Returns
If you ordered multiple items and wish to return only some of them, you may do so. Each item will be evaluated individually according to our return policy. Shipping costs will not be refunded for partial returns unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns
At this time, we only accept returns from addresses within the United States. International customers should contact us to discuss return options on a case-by-case basis.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again (it may take 5-10 business days to appear)
- Contact your financial institution, as processing times may vary
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be additional processing time
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order number and RMA number

We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted candles. If you experience any issues with the quality or performance of your candle, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, exchange, or refund.
